Chemical Engineer, Leader, and Administrator of 37 years experience in electrolytic chloralkali and fuel refinery functions.Familiar with fuel refinery practices(plant operation, process designs, process control, safety audits and plant commissioning), refinery projects, refinery processes, and relevant Indian statues/mandates. Also,skilled in competence assurance procedures, man power/succession planning, training, and development.
